Windows live mail data corruption?

Ever since initial use of windows Live mail I have had problems

There are some messages (probably malicious) in the Junk email folder which I cannot delete and Unknown error message is displayed Recently I tried to delete one and a mwindow popped up saying deleting message but nothing happened. After a delay I tried cancelling it and again nothing happened. It locked the display and I had to restart to recover.

However the major problem is that when I open Windows live mail it attempts to send 2 messages and fails. one of these messages I recently tried to send with a large attachment and it takes over 30 minutes retrying to sent it.  I receive a failure message.

This message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts.

Neither of these messages appear in the folders so I cannot see how to delete tham

Outlook for mac 2011

Hello,

After upgrading my mac to OSX El Capitan my Outlook for MAC 2011 stopped working.

I followed the instructions in this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3098229

MAC OS X version 10.11

Office for mac 2011 version 14.5.5

When i try to install the update it says it doesnt find the required software on the HDD of my MAC

Yet the office 2011 is installed on this HDD.

Due to this i can't apply this update.

Any feedback please

Signing into hotmail – extra info required

Why when I have my password to my hotmail account can I not get in? The next page says "call us overprotective" and asks for a code to be sent to an old email address that I havent used for years. I have my password, I can't see why I am not being given access to my account. 

Can’t remove include folder in photo gallery.

I'm having trouble in removing include folders to Windows Photo Gallery. The folder remains there even after I delete the all related file from this path. 

WindowsUsers%Username%AppDataLocalMicrosoft
Windows Live Photo GalleryPictures.pd6

But there is no change in photo Gallery


I'm confused and don't know what to do. Anyone have any tips?


Movie Maker isn’t working well on windows 10

 When I browse my files and select one I don't get the video. All I seem to get is the sound wave. I can play back the sound and add videos but still no picture. I still have  Windows Live Movie Maker on my laptop with windows 7. This was a better product. On Windows 10 movie maker is missing the "burn to DVD tab"  A different issue. I don't have windows explorer either. Not Happy

I have tried to install net framework 3.5 via Control panel and ticked under Windows programs but it fails and states computer is in wrong state. This is on Windows 10. I am trying to install live mail 

Windows Live Mail 2012 – hotmail and ozemail (default)

I have windows live mail...two email addresses one hotmail and one ozemail.  When I open live mail it keeps prompting me for password for hotmail account.  Ozemail is default and is working and can send and receive.  But hotmail login keeps popping up and I dont know the old password and it only directs me to microsoft signin and password which still doesnt work for the hotmail account.!!!  I am confused and have tried the got to mail properties and unclicked the sign in for  hotmail and still kept popping up.  Changed it back and now cant get my hotmail mail!!! Pls help

Can’t send messages from Windows Live Mail

When I try to send messages from Windows Live Mail it stalls. When I click send/receive all I see is a long green line in the send window as it tries to send. The message says "Having problems connecting to outgoing server"

I have repaired Windows Essentials but that does not help. When I reboot, I can get into my WLM momentarily to check messages and can even send one. After than, it stalls again and I can not send any. Maybe I need to set up the account again?  Reconfigure something? Not sure how to do it.

 

Outlook for Mac 2011 not opening with El Capitan operating system

Hi, 

Outlook for Mac 2011 is not opening on my MacBook Pro after installing El Capitan.   It starts to, title page opens up, but then it fails.  This continues to happen even after installing the Update 14.5.6.

Anyone know what to do?
