I am having problems with some recipents receiving my group mail at times. Does not happen at times. I have been using the same group of 50 people for 17 years.

As I said, at time about 10 to 15 do not receive my messages at times. This computer is 2 weeks old.

Outlook 2011 for Mac account recovery

Just to give some background, a user migrated from GoDaddy's webmail to Office365. It appears the GoDaddy Outlook for Mac account was set up to have the sent email saved on the computer. After adding the Office365 account to Outlook for Mac and removing the old GoDaddy account, it appears the sent email went with it. Is there a way to recover the sent email that was saved to the computer?

I recently downgraded from Windows 10 back to Windows 7 Home Premium and am experiencing problems with Windows Live Mail as a result. It seems that Windows Live Mail has recovered hundreds of old messages and will not allow me to delete them. I have managed to get them into my trash but now they are stuck. Nothing happens when I select "empty trash" and when I try to delete each message individually, I receive a prompt saying cannot delete, unknown error - no error code. I suspect I will have to reinstall windows live mail but I thought I would throw the question into the abyss first! Thanks!

Windows Live Mail Phishing warning message

Hi,

One of my customers has inadvertently ticked 'Please do no show this dialogue again' on the 'possible phishing' email dialogue message. Is there a way to undo this so that he gets the warning if phishing emails come into his inbox. Using Windows Live Mail 2012 on windows 7 Pro PC.

How can I reply to someone that makes a post?

I clicked on REPLY under someones post meaning to reply to that person who had placed the post.

My reply came up as have been sent by the person who had made the original post.

Is there a way that I can reply directly to the person making the original post, or question?

** This is what I mean.. I am not GC, I am just asking the question. I had originally tried to REPLY to GC.
