Question about Outlook Express

i've recently updated my laptop to windows  10 before realizing that it left my mouse lagging behind and my screen kept freezing 

I then found that movie maker was uninstalled

i tried to re-download it and its not working

it keeps saying error code and is linked to windows firewall but my firewall is turned on

i need to use movie maker urgently

help please

I am hopeful that this issue is something simple I am not doing.

I am using windows 8.1.

I have a video I put into the moviemaker to edit.

What I have been trying to do is add a picture, or another video at a certain point into the video. Whenever I do this, the pic/video automatically goes to the end of the video even though I have clicked on the part in the video where I want to add the pic/video.

I have also tried dragging the pic/video to where I want it in the video. It doesn't work for me.

Another thing I want to do is to take a 5 second section of the video, and repeat it 6 times in a row. Or insert that 5 second section into different areas in the video. Those are the kinds of things I am trying to do.

I am having problems with some recipents receiving my group mail at times.  Does not happen at times.  I have been using the same group of 50 people for 17 years. 

As I said, at time about 10 to 15 do not receive my messages at times.  This computer is  2 weeks old.
