How do I save/export the LIST of addresses in an Outlook 2011 Contact GROUP.

Simple question:

How do I save/export the LIST of addresses in an Outlook 2011 Contact GROUP?

The Contact Groups are only stored locally so I want to export the LIST - I do not want to export all the contacts.

If I can't do it (no answer found via Google) how can I achieve the same thing? I thought I might mark all the addresses with a new category, export all Contacts, then extract those addresses with the new category.

That should work, however can I/how do I select ALL the addresses in the Contact Group in one go and mark them all with the new category? There are 450 addresses so I don't want to edit each one individually.

Failing that, any other ideas?

with regard to windows live email account and my previous communication every time I login to the account it tries to download thousands of emails as I said I have reconfigured the account checked for virus and for to spam I add sender and domain to blocked list its driving me mad as I explained it seems to interfere with receiving proper emails. like I stated at first, all this was created in windows 7 have since upgraded to windows 10 don't know if this has made a difference

hi again, as emails come in that are spam I do this to sender and their domain. I do not see these.
also I do not see the emails that it tries to download, I'm not sure how many it would be, but at the last count before I gave up and stopped it. Was one hundred and seventy thousand and counting I'm sure it would go on for as many hours
I have no idea where they come, who they are from, I cannot view them, if in fact they are real emails.
I just need to know how to stop it all.
They do not load into the email where they can be read I have 3 emails only one is affected. But in the box where it says checking for new messages on (email address) it says downloading message 175000

Ive had my Mac for a year now with office, but i am starting to use it much more as i have recently start a business.

I have serval issues with it including "Out of office" being greyed out, and also "shared calendars"

Does anyone know how i can repair it without wiping it and starting again? I have so many emails in folders that i can not afford to lose hence why putting it off for so long.

Lost all Outlook 2011 Contacts after El Capitan Update

Immediately after updating to El Capitan all my contacts in Outlook 2011 disappeared. Outlook also keeps going into non-respond. I can live with Outlook non-responding but can't live without my contacts. Does anyone know how I can retrieve them?

I just lost my request for support. I upgraded to win 10 with correct format. Problems. Complete factory restore to win 8 and updates

Upgraded from HP Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, too many tweaks

Restored to factory reset windows 8, updates , updates, back up and running to 8.1

Firewall goes down. I download my Charter Security Suite again. Lost apps, 2012 system security, windows public and private network problems are not restored yet. I am trying to do it myself. I have progressed. Internet Ethernet and Wifi unstable, Restored Skype, Media apps will not work and protocols that I am not sure how to set. I can not get into Charter Security Suite long enough to get help. Windows back up restore dates will NOT work. Networking unavailable to Cloud One Drive.

Online help requested. Screen filter down and is hurting my eyes and burning my face. Trying hard with strong IT background, but this is complete rebuild or star with a factory windows 8 restore and updates, upgrade to 8.1 again. I do not know if it will work and don not want to take the chance.

Please reply asap as I am weeks behind at home with my personal laptop electronic business that I must have up and running.

Each time I download email from my internet provider to my desktop computer, and click onto the email I want to view, I get a message that says I must click onto view message. The email has no images to view, because it has been blocked for my safety. I must always click onto "view images" button to view the email. I use Google Chrome as my browser, is there something in the settings I am not seeing that I can change so that I do not have to click onto "view images" button ?
