We have a new computer with Windows 10, which came with Windows Mail version 16. We can send emails without attachments, but can't send email with attachments. The attachments are approximately 200kB, so file size doesn't seem to be the problem. How do I fix this?

I recently downloaded Windows 10. The resolution on my monitor (a common issue with 10) was poor and could not be resolved so I recovered back to Windows 7 Home Premium per instructions in Windows10. Had a number of issues as it ran continuous reboot for hours until the recovery worked. What got blown out of the water was my Windows Live 2012 email. I now have corrupted files and emails. Every time I open my email now (after closing it) I get a" Recovering the windows live mail data base" message.
After the initial switch back to Windows 7 all my e mails and those in stored folders, including file names (end of file names were dropped and replaced by numbers), were duplicated. One is the original email and the other states:
Message cannot be foundThe contents of this message cannot be found.
Windows Live Mail
I also am unable to delete messages or e mail files. Most times I can delete one message or a few at a time (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't) but since after recovery I now have over 5 thousand messages in my deleted folder (one good original, one with the above message). Where they came from I don't know. When I try to delete in groups I get a "Unknown error has occurred message" and nothing happens.
I've done the windows live mail repair a couple times with no improvement.
Any suggestions?

Dear Community,
I can not import folders with To Do´s and neither single To Do´s from my colleagues. Do you have a clue how I can do this? Where is it in the menu bar?

our environment is as follows
exchange 2003 - exchange 2007
we had a connection problem so we made the mails of the users in the branches at the exchange 2003, so they are connected through POP3 and IMAP.
now the users that on Exchange 2003 uses either outlook express or windows live.
i have figured out a way to resolve the connection problem, now i need to migrate the mailbox from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007.
to do so while keeping the user's mails, i need to export from Windows Live or outlook express to outlook.
"which is easy"
* Make sure that the workstation can see both servers "exchange 2003 and exchange 2007 "by name" AKA DNS resolution is working.
* Create a profile in Mail at Control Panel.
* Connect to the current exchange 2003.
* then run Windows Live or Outlook express and export.
until now everything is fine and going smooth, but the problem that sometimes the export freeze at a certain mail due to mail corruption. lets say the folder named "Bill" and has 160 email.
if i cleared this folder the problem is gone "due to the deletion of the corrupted message in the mail"
i would like to either bypass the corrupted message, or find a way to find the corrupted message in the folder.
