Windows Movie Maker Help

 I have a YouTube channel, and I am trying to make it a lot better by actually editing my videos. I am trying to at least make a channel trailer by stringing multiple recorded videos that I have. However, every time I try to open a video inside of Windows Movie Maker, it shows up as a black screen and lasts for 7 seconds, no matter what video I open. I use Windows 10, and my computer doesn't have bad specs. It would help to get some info on what to do. Thanks.

Hi! I'm still having this kind of issue Outlook : Office 2011 for Mac error (17099) I tried to search and perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue, still not resolve the issue (Already tried to check and re edited the email addresses that included in the group message) (Already deleted the message that got stuck on Outbox in Offline Mode) (Already contacted my ISP) but still having the same issue, It will be highly appreciated if you can help me or give me some tips.

How to import contacts from Outlook for Mac 2011 to Outlook.com?

I have been unsuccessful trying to export my contacts from Outlook for Mac 2011 and then importing them to my online account at Outlook.com. I already have my Outlook.com account synced to Outlook for Mac and all of my emails and folders are showing in both locations so isn't there an easy way to upload my contacts to my online account?

Hi please help

I have been using windows live 2012 account on a laptop, which is broken now and trying to sign into my account on another computer.

but I more than one windows live account and when I sign in to the works account, I can get my emails for my own account, but I can get my contacts for the works account but  no folders or emails and there is a lot of work stuff including important information I need to get to very quickly.

please help

Using Live Mail on Windows 10.

On  our previous computer (Windows 7) we had the option to view emails in a full preview pane. We now have a new computer with Windows 10 and have downloaded the latest version of Live Mail.  But we can't find anything in the settings that allows us to set up a preview pane.

We could also use shortcuts to delete a whole page of emails at a time and again these seem to me missing from the latest version.

Have these been written out of the software?

When I open windows live mail it is hard to read . If I am on inbox,it is blacked out and cannot be seen. Default browser is google chrome. Very annoying.Used to be blue. How do I fix this . No other website looks like this.

Outlook 2011 Export/Import Issues

Yesterday my mother in law asked me if I could archive her email for her.  She uses Hotmail and views it in Outlook 2011 for Mac.  I used the export function within Outlook, created the .olm file with all her emails, removed them from hotmail, and then imported the .olm back into Outlook.  At first glance it appeared that everything was fine.  Fast forward to this morning and she informed me that while all the email headers, To/From, and subject lines were indeed there, the majority of emails contained no messages.  There is no rhyme or reason to which emails have message content and which ones don't.  

Can anyone help?
