Question about Outlook Express

I recently uploaded to Windows 10 and am regretting it.

I input the photos from a card using the Windows 10 app, and then rotate the photos and hit Apply.  They display correctly in my file.  When I am trying to upload to my Amazon listing, they revert back to the non-rotated original photo.  I searched the web and found another user who had a similar issue (http://www.askdavetaylor.com/how-do-i-rotate-a-photo-in-windows-10/). 

I tried to use another photo editor instead but the results were the same.

Also, how can I get the photo app to save by day instead of just putting everything into one file by month?

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and since then have not been able to access my mail via Windows Live Essentials Mail.  I can access it if I do not have 2-step verification but I prefer to have it on.  I have entered my passwords, created app passwords and nothing works.  It does not work and it keeps asking for a PIN.  I have read numerous help threads but just can't seem to figure it out.  Please someone help.

My pictures have all been encrypted. There is a file that says I must decrypt them and lists some web sites to go to. I am not sure what to do. Any ideas. I use windows 7 and view the pictures through photo gallery. Thank you for helping

straight to the issue:

cant open some attachments. It seems like smallera ones like a doc/x xls/x jpg is able to read perfectly but ppt or pps I get cant access file error file c:/users/username/......temporary file route?/1p48nn/****.ppt

if i save the attachment to desktop i do get the same error.

if i enter through web browser to my account i am able to download the attch. and open it.

tried a file unlocker without success.

already did the security options, both checks and also internet zone, added emails directions to known. Resended the email attachment from the web browser and nothing.

disabled windows defender and nothing.

tried windows mail in windows 10 without issues, but it lacks the extra funcionalities. 

also in powerpoint i lowered security settings... nothing... cant get to open the attachment.

win 10 32 bits, fresh install. office 2007 suite. fresh install.

using windows defender

windows live mail configured and working sending/recieving emails.

help appriciated!!!

I'm confused about the various Windows Live Essentials versions I've read about online.  I've upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and currently have the latest build of Windows Live Mail 2011 installed.  But I see that there is a WLE 2012 version as well.  Is there any reason why I should update to a later version of the software?  Is the email client different?  improved?

using windows10 home English US.

installation of live essentials automatically comes in Portuguese! can't find a way to install in English.

any clues why this happens please?
