Question about Outlook Express

My icloud and iphone storage are full with about 5,000 photos.  If I delete from either, I lose them all.  I need to save all my photos to my PC or SOMETHING to save them.  Then I want to delete photos from my iphone.  I used to be able to plug my iphone into my laptop.  It automatically backed all the photos up into a file with the date of the download.  Not ideal, but it is something.  

I recently downloaded Windows 10.  When I try to back up the photos, it only backs up one random photo saying it is the only new photo. 

1.  How can I get the PC to recognize that there are more than 5000 pics to download?

2.  How do I get it to download them?

3.  Is there a better solution?  I tried OneDrive, but it is only uploading certain pictures - only 452 of the 5000+.

Can anyone give me a step-by-step tutorial on the best and easiest way to handle this problem?

Hi all, first post so please be nice :) I have used Movie Maker to make several videos and in general love it but last night the love affair turned sour. I have been working on my wedding movie for the past 5 nights and opened it last night to continue. When I opened it I make an edit in one of the video sections and with out warning everything vanished from the timeline Window and my project went from 32 minutes down to 19 minutes.

In a panic I unfortunately hit the save button and restarted MM. Now when my project opens the timeline does not display anything except the 'click to browse for photos or videos' caption. Despite this when I hit play the photos start playing but all my video edits are missing and the audio is missing too :(

I have invested hours in this and I am absolutely gutted- can someone please help? I have the file on OneDrive ready for assistance:

I have tried reinstalling MM, tried on a different machine running Windows 10 but alas same thing happens!

The only work around I found is to use a MM Movie Theme- that has oddly brought some of the video footage back but most is missing and all my audio is missing. Please help!

I have a Toshiba Satellite L675 which I upgraded to Windows 10 recently.

My Windows Live 2011 was working fine. But just 3 days ago, my WLM Storage Folders disappeared.

Even if I use "move to folder" and the little windows opens, they are not there. All names of the folder are gone.'

I tried to restore the whole PC. to an earlier point, but it only restores back 2 days. when the problem was there already.

It does not let me create n earlier point.

Should I re-install the old version of Windows 7. ?  Will this bring my files back?

I could then reinstall windows 10 back again, as I am happy with it.

There is a lagging while I open Photos. When uploading photos , the concerned apps automatically closes'.
