Question about Outlook Express

Hi there I accidentally overwrite a document and im trying to recover the old one. I tried to go trough the sent email with the document but it doesn't appear on the email.

Does anyone know why and if i can fix it? Thanks very much

I changed my security info, but by mistake, I changed the recovery email address to an email address I do not want. I tried to cancel the pending security info, but it is asking me for my phone number, but I do not have access to that phone number so I am unable to cancel it. What to do? I really must cancel it, but I have no idea how. Can someone help?

I know (because I looked) that this service is owned by Facebook. I do not have a Facebook account. There is no possible message (voicemail or otherwise) that I will ever receive from Facebook that could be anything other than SPAM or Malware. I have tried blocking it several times and it keeps managing to get around that.

This morning I finally marked it as a "Phishing Scam" in Outlook hoping that will get the Microsoft Engineers to take a closer look at that pestilential product and maybe shoot a message off to Zuckerberg telling him to do something about it because it's acting like a malware medium.

I know (because I looked) that this service is owned by Facebook. I do not have a Facebook account.
