Question about Outlook Express

I'm ready to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  I am now using Windows Live Mail for my e-mail.  I have many e-mails in storage folders on my PC hard drive  Will I be able to access these storage folders after I upgrade?

I would really appreciate any advice in fixing my problem. I'm trying to upload a video to YouTube from Windows Live Movie Maker by converting my WLMP file to an MP4 or WMV file and every time after 99% of the conversion, I get the error, "Sorry, your movie can't be saved. Find any missing files or remove the unusable items from your project, and then try again. Error 0x87260103." I spent 2 hours preparing, 6 hours editing, and now about 15 hours trying to convert this video into a file acceptable by YouTube. I've watched every single YouTube video and reviewed every single answer to this question online. What I've done so far includes attempting to save the file as a movie (which everyone says should convert the file) as an MP4 file and a WMV file (all that's available), lowered the quality, expanded and contracted the number of movie frames, reduced the speed of the areas that I sped up the video, reinstalled (or updated) Windows Essentials, checked my video driver, checked my memory, tried to upload straight to YouTube from WLMM, saved the WLMP file to multiple areas on my computer, and probably more things. In the past I created a similar video using WLMM and had no problems. The only differences between the two videos are the cameras I used to film and the amount of editing (more editing on the file I'm having issues with). This makes me believe that the issue is with my editing, however I'm trying to avoid completely starting over the process to see what may be the problem. Is there anything I'm overlooking that may be causing this error? Here's the URL:

I would make this a link enabling editing, but I'm not sure I'd like my video to be available to edit to just anybody (no disrespect). If you found the issue causing this error, could you please point it out? I don't have much experience with computers, so I may need you to tell me what I need to do.

I'm using Windows 8.1 to import video content from a canon DV camcorder via the firewire port on my PC.

I'm using the 2012 version of movie maker and telling it to break the output video into different files for each scene.

I select import video from device and Movie Maker imports the video. It outputs a folder with todays date which has a 12GB temp file in it and a folder with the date taken range for the videos that were on the tape.

Inside that folder there are lots of individual avi videos as I would expect but all of them are 0K in size.

I guess something is going wrong when converting the temp file to the individual video files. What could this be?

Other observations. When the import is going on I can see the video in the preview screen on the PC and on the camcorder itself.

When the video gets to the end, Movie Maker starts the import process again, i.e. it goes back to the screen where I give my video a name. Not sure if this is correct behaviour?

I have downloaded THE update about 8 times, reinstalled Windows Live Mail twice and deleted and reinstalled my Hotmail (Outlook.com (Preview)) account about 40 times to try to get WLM working properly. No problem with my Gmail or Provider accounts however. 

Just spent last 4 days here trying to find a solution and now being ask to repost my issue.  (Unless it was a joke but I am not laughing).

Issue: Hotmail (Outlook.com Preview) down not download and goes on trying to synx emails forever.  When I stop it, and open WLM it works fine for GMail and provider email but Hotmail keeps tripping here and there and some messages do not display partial or no at all.

Very frustrating Microsoft experience again.

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I tried to do a back-up of the system but kept getting error messages.  On line posts recommend a clean Windows 10 install. I use Windows live mail now and I am wondering if that would still be available with a clean install and if not, how do I get it back?
