Question about Outlook Express

I can send but not receive e-mails on Live Mail.  This problem started at the end of November.  About 2 weeks ago I suddenly got back on line and 1050 e-mails were down loaded covering a period of 18 months. The next day I the problem was back again. I get the following message,  (Unable to send or receive messages for the #### account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity).

As e-mails are accessable on my I-Pad and on Mail2web it is clearly not a problem with the server. I have Windows 7 installed. 

I downloaded Windows 10 but could not even open Live mail and had to re-install Windows 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live Mail and tried the repair option but still not working.

Can anybody help?

When I first went to Windows 10 it was open came straight on, since using the Xbox live linked games ended up needing to sign in, so now that we can keep social media separate have had to add my wife as a second sign in on the same machine, however we had a shared Sky email that used to download into live mail. if my wife logs in though live mail is empty, I have shared with her all the folders I can think of but the shared sky mail and the contacts are not visible in live mail on her sign on,

How do I fix this it is a pain as when she logs into my sign on to get to mail all my other stuff is auto logged in facebook my live account etc

I've made a video, published it to Vimeo with no problem. However, I need to publish it to You Tube but when I try, I get an error message (0x800488E7).

Any ideas what error this is? More importantly, any ideas how to fix it?

This is exactly the same video of about 40 still photos set to a music track of 4:30mins length, that I successfully published to Vimeo.

I have cleaned my registry using Iobit pro

My email account is with BT, and all mail is working on the BT Yahoo server, ipad, and older PC with Outlook express

Any help would be great - I can't spend any more time with this!
