i just bought a new computer Mac and copied all my files over from the old computer.  When I opened Excel for the first time, I input my Product Key and it worked no problem.  Now I have opened Outlook and it is asking me again for the Product Key.  When I enter it, it says my product key is not valid.  I'm wondering why it is prompting for a product key at all since I have already activated it on this computer and then, why it isn't working when I do enter it.

I have Microsoft Office 2011 (no Office 365).

Thanks!

I downloaded windows movie maker 12.. I would like to know if it has an option so that I can do my own voice over narration? I would like to know if the free version has it or can it be upgraded to allow me to read and record voice on the video. How do I do it? The version that I have doesn't let me add narration..

It happened to me again today. When I went to close out the mail app, I got the message that the folder was in use by another app. When I opened Live mail again, all my folders and mail were gone. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can prevent it from happening again?

I have always used movie maker and it have worked all the time but now when I try to drag a video there, it says that it's downloading it but it really doesn't do that. The video's form is right and I tried to download it again to see if it would work but it still doesn't.

What should I do?

Our OS is Windows 10 and we've had no problems with Windows Live Mail (2011) until now.  On the morning of Jan. 2nd something occurred that moved all of our Storage Folders into a new Recovered Items sub-folder.  Specifically, under Storage folders it has all of these sub-folders:

>Recovered Items  >01-02-2016 16-12-42   >Storage Folders (1)   >Recovered items   >01-02-2016 823   >Storage Folders   >Imported Folder   >Storage folder   >finally some (not all) of our previously created storage folders

Now dozens of the storage folders we've created over several years are missing, along with the hundreds of emails in them.  Those that still exist have the proper email titles in them, but when you click on one email to read it, then others, the same content is in the body of each email.

Our service provider (Time Warner Cable) suggested I call Microsoft.  MS couldn't talk to me about this since Windows Live Mail is no longer supported.  They told me to use their online chat support, but they also said they couldn't help.  I looked at some "community" emails about WLM and took one suggestion and downloaded Windows Live Mail 2012, then ran an update to it, but nothing has changed.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem or, most importantly, can all of these lost emails be recovered?  Thank you in advance.

Hello there.

I have Movie Maker project files (end in .MSWMM extension) that were created on a Vista system but were erroneously not saved as finished movie files (.MOV or .AVI). I have since converted to Windows 10 and can no longer use the Vista operating system or the version of Movie Maker intended for Vista.

How can I convert the .MSWMM files to MP4?

Can I use a newer version of Movie Maker and bring in the .MSWMM files, then save them as completed movie files?  If so, how and which version would be best?

Thank you!
