I have two email accounts.
One with Windows Live Mail for one Verizon email address (A).
One with My Verizon for another Verizon email address (B).
When I open Live Mail for (A), I get a window that wants me to log on to (B).
Also get the Task message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon (researcher6) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed
Server: 'incoming.verizon.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Also a warning from Live Mail that it was not able to "Check for new messages on (B)
But I can directly open my My Verizon access to address (B) and it works fine with no Windows Live Mail error or task messages appearing.
My Live Mail which I use only for (A) also lists (B) in the left hand column. If I delete that will it take care of the problem or also delete my account (B) on My Verizon.
Getting a little frustrate. Any help, ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Harry
Old title: accessing emails
I am unable to access any emails other than the ones showing on my screen in win live mail email list. The slider has just disappeared.
How can I get it back?
Any help gratefully received.

Original Title: Auto Collage
Just loaded windows 10 but there's not autocollage. How and where do I get it?
I have discovered my carefully stored 15 years worth of emails now has little connection between subject title and content. The emails cover some important subjects like my mortgage, shares, insurance, and other legal documents extended guarantees etc.
The emails are mostly from various POP3 accounts I have had over the years and more recently, live mail.
Of course I have backups which I have not attempted to restore yet, but they were also done using microsoft products.
The symptom is many titles all with the same content. I could probably tie the occurrence in with changing from 8.1 to 10 which didn't work very well. After the most recent use of the windows repair tool and reloading my emails from back-up the emails I checked looked OK but now they are not (again).
So how do I recover this situation?
Any suggestions for other software that will read in my backups from outlook express etc?
My process for editing GoPro Hero 2 MP4 files (1920x1080) starts with GoPro Studio removing the fisheye effect, compressing to an AVI file using the GoPro provided CineForm 10-bit Visually Perfect HD Codec.
I then use Movie Maker (version 2012, 2.6 or 6.0) to produce an MP4 or WMV file from the AVI.
On Windows 8.1 the process works perfectly and the finished videos (usually about 10 minutes in duration) play well.
The same process on Windows 10 ends up with MP4 or WMV files (of any quality setting) that play fine for the first 2-1/4 minutes; beyond that the audio keeps going to the end, but the visual is just blackness. There's a setting of some kind that stops the visual stream from encoding beyond the 2-1/4 minute mark. Thanks for any suggestions.
