I have added the video files and try to move a file to the story board. But a story board line does not show and the file does not move. Should the story board line not show up on the screen somewhere?
I installed win 10 and had nothing but problems. Windows tec removed win 10 and re-installed win7 using my disk. I cannot find win live mail and windows won't help.

I understand that Outlook 2011 for the Mac does not support the standard Exchange push method, so it has an automatically set up scheduler to do a "Send and Receive All." However, in my case, this scheduler does not appear to be working, even though it *says* that it has run (Tools-->Run Schedule-->Edit Schedules). New emails do not arrive unless I manually click on the Send and Receive button in the tool bar. I have tried rebuilding my profile, re-installing Outlook, clearing cache and resyncing, but nothing has worked.

Also, I have read that # of messages in a folder can be part of the problem but my inbox right now has 6 emails in it so I don't think that's the problem.

Thanks,

Tim

Receiving the following repeating Gmail error message during every Outlook session: [ALERT] Message too large. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6584#limit

I contacted Google/gmail and was told the issue is with Outlook.

Another Mac user posed a similar question on this forum. I followed the advice recommended to fix their problem: select Window on the main menu bar then select Progress. My Progress list is empty so I'm unable to find the offending large message to delete it. Thanks in advance!

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.  I have been using Windows Live Mail as my email client for a long time.  The recent update first offered via an email from Microsoft and then pushed as an optional update in Windows Update has caused WLM 2012 to become inoperable.  This news story seems to be about the problem I'm having and is a good indication that I'm not alone:

http://www.infoworld.com/article/3016851/microsoft-windows/microsoft-reissues-botched-windows-live-mail-2012-patch-kb-3093594.html

Unfortunately, when I look at recently installed updates, KB3093594 does not appear on the list, so there doesn't seem to be a way to un-do the installation of it.  How can I get my WLM 2012 working again?

Original Title: importing or deleting photos.

I am unable to import or delete photos which are already on my laptop. The message which comes up is - Error 0x80070718 not enough quota is available to process this command. Not sure how to proceed so would appreciate ideas on how to solve this.

Many thanks.
