Whenever I make a new video using Movie Maker, the audio is scratchy, and the actual video part is lags a lot, now, I cannot upload videos to YouTube because of the "poor" quality. This all happened after I upgraded my computer to Windows 10, and downloaded the necessary files to use Windows Movie Maker. PLEASE HELP!! ANY SOLUTION WILL DO!!!
I keep getting this message "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative." everytime I open my Windows Live Email. My email works fine, I just keep getting this message and have to hide it everytime. I am NOT trying to use the calendar, this message just comes up. How do I get rid of that error message. What do I have to change? In simple computer language, please, as I am not a great wiz at this. Thank you SO much!

I have upgraded(?) to Windows 10 and now my Windows Live 2011 is not functioning properly.

Of course when I attempt to use the Live 2012 update I get the error message that Live 2012 is not found.

How do I upgrade to Live 2012 when I am still being billed ($19.95) for Live 2011?

Is there a way to eliminate the "All Contacts" list, but place your contacts in a special contacts list? In order to try to fool email spoofing?

I have uninstalled Photo Gallery version 16.4.3528.0331 twice and reinstalled it twice with the same problem in all three installations.  Oddly, the last two reinstalls placed the Photo Gallery tile in the same place on my desk top where it was before the uninstall.  It did not show up as "recently installed".  Seems to tell me it was never uninstalled properly or it just remembers where it once was on the desk top.  I restarted my computer after each installations.  This same version of Photo Gallery on another computer that was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 works as expected.  This all started after I "reset" my computer that appeared to reinstall Windows 10.  Any ideas from the community?  (This is my second posting on the same subject.)

When I try to insert a title before a movie all I get shown is a black frame. This has only just happened. Before, if I saved the movie to, say, Photo Gallery, the opening title frame would be displayed. This was very convenient. Now instead I just get the opening frame of the movie and no title frame. I have tried repairing Windows Essentials, but it made no difference. If I play back the movie through, say, Photo Gallery, the movie opens okay with the title frame as normal. How can I get things back to the way they were?
