I have Windows 7, WLM 2012. I noticed the Work Offline button at the top right of WLM has a red X . But the world globe in lower right of WLM is nof Xed out. The red X on the button stays on it even when I click it. I can send and receive OK. Has the Work Offline button always had this red X on it ?? Is it suppose to be that way? Weird.
my microsoft office outlook doesn't connect anymore. Don't know why, haven't done anything. The El Capitan update I received was around 6th feb.
please help
I have been searching these posts for days, and following various instructions about uninstalling and re-installing Essentials. Nothing seems to work. I can bring up the Moviemaker programme, add videos, but not run them and there is no sound. I cannot find Moviemaker as a separate programme on control panel. Sorry that is all very un-technical I know!
I am seriously thinking about going back to Windows 8.1. I used Moviemaker very successfully to produce edited videos of my grandchildren. The other option might be to install another video editing programme. Does anyone have any advise on either of these options? Can anyone reccomend an alternative to Moviemaker that is as easy to use?
It seems that some people have success in getting MM back and others don't.
Thank you,
Maggie

After Windows 10 upgrade from 7 Pro. After I receive, read then delete e-mails. I turn off the the E-mail. Then the next day I open up Win Live Mail those same e-mails are back in the inbox but without anything in the the message window except that the "message has not been downloaded". they also stay in bold print, after I Hy-light them. Then after deleting them again they stay in bold print. Until I delete them out of the delete folder they keep partially returning to the inbox in so many hours after shutting down Live mail. Now when I shut down Live mail and then restart it doesn't do it. Just after an extended period of time.
