When emails are sent from a web site with a generic email address to protect privacy, the "From" email address is sometimes incorrect. However, the content of the email is correct. Are there any know bugs regarding this issue, and how can this be fixed.?

I am using the latest Windows 10 and I am a long time Windows Live Mail user. Everything seems to work ok in Windows Live Mail except that none of the links in my emails link go through. I can open or delete emails, but the links don't go through? What gives?
