I just recently started getting this error when using Live Mail synced with my hotmail account
Server Error: 3219

Looked for solutions online and tried most of the suggestions, but most are several years old and no longer apply since the switch to Outlook.

Over the last 2 days I've noticed that I am unable to send mail; my mail gets stuck in the Outbox and the only solution to the problem that I've found so far is to Quit Outlook and restart it-then (with luck) the mail in the Outbox sends. This does not always work though.
My mail provider is BT (in the UK): @btinternet.com
My version of Outlook is in screenshot below. I've also attached the error messages that Outlook provides me in the "log".
The only changes I've made to Outlook recently are the Office updates (2 days ago) and I've changed my settings on a gmail account to have my mail forwarded to my btinternet.com account (but I don't think the latter has had any impact on this "send" problem-it
is just a completely unrelated task).
Can anyone suggest any possible reasons this is happening?

The file corrupted when I was using windows movie maker and it suddenly crashed. The file seems fine, but appears to have no content when I open it in WMM. But when I open it in Notepad, I can see almost all the content is still there. I'm hoping this means that there's just a syntax problem somewhere and there's a way to fix it. Please let me know if someone can help!
This is for a grade and due soon, so I'd appreciate anyone who knows about this taking a look at it A LOT. I'll even thank you in my presentation!

I have been hacked I have changed my password in windows login but it seems I cannot access windows live mail or receive any mail in Outlook as my account has been migrated ! I have not done this ? please can you tell me how to stop all my emails being migrated?
