I go through the procedure of exporting e-mails which used to work.

I've been using OneDrive (and its antecedents) for years, so I am familiar with how it works. In the last few weeks, I have been UNABLE to rearrange my photos. I click "rearrange", then click on the photo I want to move; instead of allowing me to move
the photo, the screen turns blank, then returns to the folder with the message on top inviting me to save the reordered file, or cancel. This happens even though I have NOT rearranged anything, because the system won't allow me to do so. How do I overcome
this problem?
I'm using Windows backup to backup my computer with Windows 10. I can't locate the email files when I try to restore them and am not sure that my email is being backed up.

ive been sent a group contact file & when trying to open get message unable to open this contact group. must be opened within the windows contacts folder. to use this contact group move or copy the file to your contacts folder.

I've been trying to download Windows Essentials for days now. I keep getting Error code: 0x8007643. The solution listed was to turn on firewall for everything but firewall already is ON. It also has the source as Watson-64x. Honestly, I just want Windows Movie Maker, it shouldn't be this hard.

Is there a fix for this or is it a dud product...???
