I am operating Windows 10 & Windows Live Mail 2012, but the email program stops working shortly after I open it & will not allow email to come in or go out. How do I correct it?

This just started happening to me the other day and I know this is an older thread but I keep getting this ----> Unable to send or receive messages. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter
your user name and password for this account.
Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.
Server: 'mail.twc.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
It does it for 2 out of 4 emails that I have through Time Warner. The incorrect password box comes up too. I called TWC they said I needed to have my user name be my full email but it's not on my others and has been working all this time without it but I changed it. They also told me it's not 110 and 25 for port settings it was 587 and 110 even though it's also been working all this time untill recently. I still get webmail and it comes through fine on my phone. Does locked by another session have something to do with me having that email on my phone. I did just get a new cell phone.
I thought it was Windows Live Mail so I googled and found something called Mail Bird and it was importing my emails over and it stopped on this one with the same error message about account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again. Both my incoming and outgoing servers are mail.twc.com no smtp but I earlier I deleted both waited a few re-added and they worked and than they stopped again. I changed the settings cause when I re-added it didn't have the full email as username and the 587 it had 25 so I changed and closed out for a minute and am going to reopen and see what happens. It's really driving me crazy though.
I am running windows 7, 64 bit and IE11. Windows live mail is not working due to these errors: windows live mail unable to send or receive messages for my account, server error 3209, and windows live mail error id 0x8DE00005. I went to windows essentials and I saw that windows live mail 2011 is not supported anymore which is what I had. I downloaded to change to windows live mail 2012, I even signed an agreement and it's still not working which is very fustrating. I can't even forward email. I use to get a prompt to sign in but, not anymore. Just to let you know, I am not computer savvy. Can you help me, Please?
Thank You,
Pamela

I have been trying to save my edited video on Windows Movie Maker. I have tried to save the multiple times using different settings but it always stops saving when it gets to 35%
Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
We use Windows Live Mail 2012 on W7 and have 3 email accounts, but many times accidentally send emails from the wrong account.
Is there any way to launch WLM to open into a specific account (not necessarily the "default" account), and if possible maybe only show that account to help prevent this problem?
