Every time I try to upload a video to Youtube through Movie Maker, it asks for my username and password (to sign in). So I type in my password, and I guess it is too long, because I try to type the last digit and it won't let me. However, when I type it into Microsoft.com, it works fine. How do I make it work??????? :( :( :( :(

A Tale of two accounts on the one computer running Windows 7 ultimate and Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331. With one Microsoft Account, an outlook.com email address sign in, all mail on WLM is synchronised as are contact and the calendar.

On the second MS Account, outlook.com email address sign in, the mail and contacts synchronise. However calendar does not sync and this message appears 'There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative.'. Despite repairing and re-installing WLM  with the latest version this message continues on each of two desktops and one laptop (all running Win7) that I've tried. However I have found that the options available for the calendar include a line that 'Registered email addresses for calendar notifications'  and then a setting to add another email or remove one. This setting is not available in the account that doesn't work but you can add an email address using Microsoft Account where both accounts have the same look and options. Also settings in Outlook are laid out differently and more options are apparent on the account that works. Screenshots are shown. I would welcome and input to solve this mystery as it is quite frustrating, and something I can't fathom. I have checked all other settings and both accounts have the same region and time settings and run on the same software.  The above screenshots show first the working outlook account options for calendar and secondly the non sync account -note the more limited options and information

I wish I could get Cortana to stop saying "Sorry I didn't get that." Say ,"Can you repeat that." and call me by name

When I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10, my photo gallery was somehow corrupted.  When I open any photo in Photo Gallery, there is a blank white cut out in the top left of every photo.  I can't seem to get rid of it.  Can this be fixed?

Plus the new photos app somehow mixed all the photos up and there is no way to sort by the photo title which is my preferred way.  It is probably sorting the 8.1 folders by date, however, that doesn't work for me because a lot of the photos are old and scanned in, so it is probably taking the scanned date.

I liked Photo Gallery and would prefer to use it, especially if I can't scan, title and sort photos in the new photo app.

Any help appreciated.

In the last two weeks the calendar function in WLM2012 has been working strangeky.  Everytime I log into the program I get another copy of the calendar showing up under my hotmail account in the left column.  Even if I delete the calendars, they reappear if I shut down WLM and then start it up again.  Most, but not all entries show up twice.  Most entries, but not all show up on the calendar at outlook.com and on my iPhone.

I am using my Charter Communications account as my email account.  I recently started getting this error message every time I check my email:

"There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative."

I can't find how to update my Windows Live Mail.  I searched the Microsoft community and one post says to uninstall all of Windows Essentials and then re-install.  That sounds weird to me, but maybe I'm wrong.

I am using Windows 10 and Charter as my email provider and don't really want to remove a whole program that is set to automatically update.  Seems like overkill to me.

If anyone has a very SIMPLE solution for me as I'm not real computer savvy I would appreciate it.
