Windows Live Mail FAQ
Have been using Windows Live mail with Windows 8 & 8.1 for a long time with no problem. All of a sudden it won't send e-mails from my netcarrier accounts but it will receive - no problem. It will send & receive from my Windstream account. I have made no changes to my system other than windows updates when the problem showed up. I have tried with & without SSL and ports 25 & 587 with no success. Don't know why the sudden problem.

When I am at home in my own network everything works correctly however when I'm away at either a convention or visiting someone outside my network I can receive my mail but cannot send from WLM. I have tried to create new rules in my firewall for outgoing Windows Live Mail traffic but nothing seems to help. The messages just sit in the OUTBOX. However at home this does not happen. I can go directly to my webmail account and send and received but WLM will not send. Any suggestions?

My second question is: To prevent loss of data it is good practice regularly to

My third question is: Which of the following is software?
a, CPU.
b, Disk drive. ( I gave B as my answer also wrong)
c, Operating system.
d, Mouse.
I would go for answer C to the first question, Go for B to second question, and third question C.
I would be very grateful if some kind person out there would be able to help with the above? I am about to learn from scratch how to work with PC Repair & Upgrading.
I have tried to google these questions but I am not getting what I am looking for, getting a bit frustrating for me.
If somebody gives me the answers that I am lookin for how do you thank them on here, as this is my first time looking for the of the community.

Windows Live Mail. Incoming messages are being received, but outgoing messages are not sent. Drop down error message states, "Messages cannot be sent" Error message "452" and "550".
How do I fix this.

I can not receive email on my laptop when i open with the email icon. I get a message that says:
Unable to send or receive messages for the hotmail account.
server error: 3219.

windows live mail error ID 0x8DE00005.
Get mail if i go to hotmail.com and also get mail on my other devices
I am trying to associate my app with the windows phone store (option in Store menu in VS Express 2013) to put my app in the store. It opens a new window where I need to login, all good, I login and it leaves me with "Your security info change is still pending"
message. So bottom line i changed my phone number, put e-mail address instead phone number and now I am stuck... I have deadlines to meet and don't have time for this s**t, excuse my demeanor... Is there any solution for this excluding being buddy with Gates.

Dear Microsoft Community,
as far as my enquiries about the use of Movie Makers are concerned, I received your answers, that Windows 10 does not support the Windows Movie Maker 2.6 as well as the Movie Maker 2012, which was part of the Essentals of Windows 8.1, which was upgraded to Windows 10 some time ago.
I can edit Videos with Movie Maker 2012 however not to the extent as I have done with the Movie Maker 2.6 under Windows Xp, because I am missing the Time Line for Audio, Video and Text.
My Question now is, can you supply or suggest a Movie Maker, which has similiar functions as the Movie Maker 2.6, in particular a Time Line, as mentioned above ?
