Hi all. I have created a business signature for the emails and when sending looks good. However when opening a test email it shows with 2 images (2 logos) instead of 1 as it shows when sending. Also it looks fine when opening said email in an internet browser like hotmail but if opening on phone/mac etc it shows with 2 images. Has anyone encountered this before and able to help? Thank you

How do I restore my “sent” emails in Windows Live 2012 after I successfully applied the following steps provided by a Microsoft Forum Moderator to resolve the problem of “Windows Live Mail” not launching with the error message “Unable to open message store…”
I have copied and pasted Microsoft’s advice of March 16 2012
“Typically with these types of errors, the Mail’s message store is unable to locate the database and it is quite possible that the message store has become corrupt. To resolve this issue, try deleting the message store file of your account.
1. Click on Start.
2. In the search programs and files field (or Run) copy and paste the default location of the Windows Live
Mail message store found below:
%USERPROFILE%Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftWindows Live Mail
3. Look for Mail.MSMessageStore file name and delete it (right click, delete).
Note: The Mail.MSMessageStore does have a back-up folder and will work to recover your messages but may not be able to view some recently received messages. If you have web based e-mail, Windows Live Mail will sync with the mail server so they are made available again.
If this does not resolve your issue, please Ask A Question on our answers forum and an agent will assist you. We’d really appreciate if you let us know where the steps failed and/or you are receiving a different error.
My emails in my inbox have been restored (unfortunately, the large number of folders I created to store the hundreds of emails received have gone).
However, there are no emails in the “sent” folder; emails which are of extreme importance.

I have been editing videos on windows movie maker for many years with no problem. All of a sudden my computer self installs windows 10 and awindows movie maker is acting funny.
When I save a video it turns out being saved sideways... even though it was upright before I saved it.
So then I flipped the video sideways and saved it. And when the final version comes out it saves up right, but now it is toooo zoomed in. I have spent about 3 hours trying to figure this out and nothing.
How can I get movie maker to work normally again. This only started happening once windows 10 was installed a few days ago.
