Question about Outlook Express

I have been told by a Swedish address that they have sent an email with a link I must use before I can become a registered customer. No message showed up in the regular inbox or in the junk file. Is there somewhere else it might be?

I proceeded with my order as a non-registered customer. At the completion of the process, there was a "thank you for your order" and a statement that they would send an email confirming my order. Again, no email in the inbox or junk file. I am pretty sure I gave the correct email address. I always check the junk file. Is there some deep junk file that I don't know about?

When I log in I get this message;

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live.co (xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx) account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

Can someone please advise what is happening and how can I fix this?

Original Title: Saved Word/Excel documents.

A saved Word/Excel document sometimes has a blank box alongside it instead of one showing Word or Excel.  When I send these as attachments they can't be opened up by the recipients. What am I doing wrong.

When I'm launching Windows Live Photo Gallery, a message box is openning: «Photo Gallery can't start because Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is missing. Would you like to go to the Microsoft Download Center to install it?» But there is no file for downloading. And here we can read that the support of SQL Server 2005 ended on April 12, 2016. Then Photo Gallery shuts down with 0х8007045а error.

I have followed the instructions in this topic and also made the «clear installing» but there is no result.

In Russian Microsoft I was informed that support of SQL Server 2005 ended and that's why Photo Gallery will not work on Windows 10.

But here you can read replies from many users, who write that Photo Gallery works on Windows 10.

My Photo Gallery in Windows Essentials has suddenly started to freeze when I use it.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there a solution?
