Because Windows Live will cease to link with the new Outlook 2016, I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and now use Outlook instead of Windows Live Mail.  My question is how to obtain older Emails stored in folders and subfolders that do not show up yet in Outlook?  I have tried to "sync" several, and they only go back  a few months, I have much older mail stored in Windows Live and would like to bring it over for reference.  How is this done or is it not possible, relying on keeping Win Live on my laptop to access my older saved mail???  Thanks

I have had Windows 10 for a while but I'm now getting this notice from Windows Live Mail: "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative." I'm not sure what this means or what to do about it (or how). Can anyone please help? Thanks.

I bought a desktop PC last year, and need to make a presentation involving PowerPoint. There is an icon marked Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 on my desktop, but when I attempt to enter PowerPoint, I keep being told to use the Activation Wizard -- when clicking "Next" on 'I want to activate the software over the Internet', it first attempts to download, then always stops and says "An unspecified error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time." Then, when I try clicking "Next" on 'I do not want to activate my copy. Instead, I want to convert to the full version now", I'm told to enter my Product Key; on finding that (in incredibly small lettering) on the side of my desktop and entering it, I keep being told that "Sorry, this isn't a Microsoft Office 2010 Product Key. You may be entering a product key from another version of Office." Can anyone help, please?

Good afternoon,

In Windows Live Mail (WLM) 2012 directly under my Hotmail Account there are five Folders called Inbox. Drafts, Sent Items, Junk E-Mail and Deleted Items.

In  (WLM) 2012 under my Hotmail Account there are also three System Folders called Deleted, Junk and Sent that are listed alphabetically with the Folders that I have created.

How can I move the three System Folders called Deleted, Junk and Sent up with the other five Folders under my Hotmail Account?

I don't want the Folders called Deleted, Junk and Sent to be listed alphabetically with the Folders I have created.

Why do I have three Folders called Deleted, Junk and Sent?

Thanks
