Question about Outlook Express

Getting frustrated, have been trying to figure out this problem for the last 3 days. My server said it was a microsoft problem, because I can send and receive emails using their website mail. Which I can also do with Windows Live Mail as long as it doesn't have an attachment. It doesn't matter what size the attachment is, it won't send. Has anyone come across this problem and if so how did you resolve it. Thanks Kevin, below is the error message.

Error message "Windows Live Mail has Stopped Working". Has been running successfully until I tried to print from Live Mail to a printer that was out of paper. Then I got the error message.

I have tried the "repair windows essentials" without success.

In event viewer I get this message:

What is server errror 554?  Also, why is Live mail refusing to send out my newsletter, as I have been doing for years, saying exceeding hourly recipient limit.  What is this and how do I change it?

I have noticed that many people are having the same issue I have with the movie maker not saving.

I went to save my movie after I finished putting it all together with pictures and sound. I go through all the steps you have to to save it and all it dose it sit there for like 10 min with this window:

Then after it has sat there for a while I get this window:

I am getting very frustrated with it not saving. I went to save a different video I made and it saved. I did everything the same as the other video. The only difference is the one that saved is 15 min, and the one that wont save is 45 min.

What can I do to fix this problem. I need a salutation fast. I am on a deadline.
