Recently I've been getting 'emails' but not... with attachments which I think could be viruses. I cannot delete them from my mail because I get the error:  'An unknown error has evolved'..  which means what?

How do I delete this 'emails'...

I have been having real problems with my WLM, I was unable to send/receive mail until I deleted almost 3,000 from my server account (Virgin), which enabled me to start sending and receiving.

However since doing this some mail that was left in my inbox on WLM no longer has any body i.e.; I get an error message when trying to open it which says the content of this message cannot be found.

The strange thing is it is not true for all of them, just seems to be random (important) ones that have no content, is it possible to retrieve them?

This all start because I have been getting stacks of Mailer Demon non-deliverable replies from people and organisations that I have not sent mail to!

I have also changed my password, uninstalled/re-installed WLM and used windows repair!

Any help/suggestions appreciated

Platform: WLM 2012 on Win7 Pro

My employer sends scheduling emails with ICS files, but when I view these emails using WLM, those files show with names like ATT00095.TXT. If I view these same emails on my Android phone or Kindle tablet, the attachments show as ICS files. I know the purpose of these files, but why the difference in the way they show up? Is it because Windows doesn't know what to do with them?

For these emails, I'm using an account with my ISP, not a Hotmail or Google account.
