Question about Outlook Express

I am using Movie from Photo Gallery 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.381) on windows 10. I have saved the file to the computer and OneDrive. When I try to share the movie by either email of link the recipient receives the link but when they try to open it they get a message "The File Has No Content". I can play this movie by opening it in my Movie program.

Additionally: Is there a "manual" or some other learning place for Photo, Photo Gallery and Movie Maker?

While trying to install Photo Gallery and Movie Maker I am receiving Error Code: 0x80040609 Source: wllogin-i386

I have not been able to find a solution in this forum yet on this error code or what the error code means.

I have tried the DirectX solution from a question from another user; DirectX installed/updated fine with no issues.

I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

Error 0x8007007A leaves me unable to send e-mail with attachments. I'm using Windows 10, and apparently an older version of WIndows Live Mail. (installed in 2011) Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
