Max Number of Emails

I'm using MS Office for Mac 2011 and an msn email account.  I am an officer with several different organizations and have a membership list for each one.  Recently I have been having a problem sending to group emails out of groups I created in Outlook.  I think there may be a limit on the amount of email addresses I can send to in a day.  

Is there a daily limit on the amount of email addresses I can send to from one email address in a single day?

If I get a second email address would that give me twice the amount I can send to in one day?  Or is it from one server?

Windows Live Mail – Cannot Change Store Folder

I am following this guide in order to change the store location of the messages in Windows Live Mail:

However, when I have changed the location and is trying to click "OK" as seen on the window below, nothing happens.

Nothing happens!!!

It is like a bad joke.

What gives?

It began after I got message about verifying a certificate, which I BELIEVE I did.

What do I do?

Problem with photo app

I have some problems with windows 10 frst i cant open photos it says thers problem with photos contact your system adminstrator about repairing or uninstalling how shall i do that plus like before when we used to see pictures or slide view in windows 7 n 8 in email i cant do dat aswel i hav to download image to see it and plus i cant open my app store aswel anyone help plz

I am trying to attach photos to an email to a government body.  Photos are from Picasa.  When sending the email the doc goes to my Outbox and I cannot achieve transmission.

I can't recall this difficulty in past.
