Question about Outlook Express

I use windows7.Recently I downloaded windows essentials 2012 & decided to try out the movie maker.Earlier I have used Movie Maker 2.6 but that had it's own drawbacks.Moreover the Movie maker that came with the windows essentials provided some advanced features.

Everything went fine till I saved my video.But when I tried to play the file the screen went blank.The audio was alright,but the video was totally blank.I tried different sorts of media players including VLC but the result was the same.I guessed that there was a problem with the codes & downloaded K-lite codec pack but the problem persisted.My original file was in MP4 format,hence I tried to solve the problem by converting it in WMV format,but again I got the same black screen.

I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 on a Windows 7 Pro machine which has been working OK after being forced to convert my email account from DeltaSync to IMAP/SMTP.  However, deleted messages DO NOT appear in the Deleted folder as they did under the old account.  Anybody know the fix?

Running Windows live mail 2012 in Windows 7

All of a sudden all my contacts are missing and also, now, every time I load Windows live Mail in asks me to log in to Microsoft.  Never did that before so I assume that i was working off line.

Any idea how to recover contacts?
