Question about Outlook Express

I reinstalled Windows Live Mail 12 by following a thread with detailed instructions. I had to switch from POP to IMAP. It seemed to work fine. I'm receiving incoming mail. But I created a test msg and email it to myself and I get an error msg.

Issues saving the Movie Maker file to MP4 format in Updated Anniversary Edition of Windows 10.  Computer is very slow, it takes hours to save.  After waiting for this I often get unable to save due to corrupt files I have to remove.

Once saved, the video looks horrible with flashing lights throughout.   Video views perfectly in Movie Maker and from video file.  I can upload to Facebook with same results.  Once I save it to upload to You Tube (MP4 file) this is when my trouble starts each time.  

I have tried saving to different formats, using custom bit rates etc, uninstalling Windows Essential and reinstalling, checking for graphic updates etc and I am not able to fix this!

The above email has appeared in my inbox.  I can only get to this from the internet, using Live from the PC results in error messages saying the the email account cannot be reached.  I cannot delete it.  It is obviously some sort malware as I'm sure that the "Outlook Team" would not use Portsmouth Pride as there email address and the information is just plain wrong.  I did not of course click on Update.  Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
