I keep getting this message. Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Invalid credentials (Failure) Have changed my password per instructions three times and still cannot access my gmail account through outlook.
I cant read my e mails it says refresh which I do,then turn your browser off then back on how do I do this
I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with the latest updates update OS Version 10.0.14393.51 .
I am finding Windows Live Mail slow to load.
Do you have any suggestions what may be the cause?

Since 10th Aug I have been getting Error 3219 on my Hotmail.co.uk account (can't send or receive) on my laptop (Windows 10) and PC (Windows 7), both using Windows Live Mail.
I can still use my Hotmail.com account on both setups.
I know WLM is being phased out (very sadly ...) but why the error with one account and not the other? Can I get the Hotmail.co.uk account working again on WLM and how?
Both accounts are working on my laptop (Windows 10 and using Windows Mail - without the ease and clarity of WLM!).
If getting my hotmail.co.uk account (and potentially, soon, my hotmail.com account) on my PC running Windows 7 proves no longer possible then what e-mail software can I use on Windows 7 to replace WLM?
It seems as if an automatic 'upgrade' that Microsoft initiated about the 10th Aug. has, in fact, successfully "downgraded" what I can do with both my laptop and PC ...

Hi I have a Sky account and since visiting it to check my account I cannot send or receive emails to my private email account. The error message says "Checking SKY TV mail" I have contacted SKY and they have advised they cannot help me.

I have been trying to save movie maker project to mp4 for you tube and I end up with all kinds of problems. First off I noticed, once saved which took hours, that the videos all have a constant flickering of light through them. It is unusable. I then upgraded my Windows 10 to the Anniversary Upgrade. Now the videos won't save at all and I get messages that various clips (which change each time I try again) are corrupt and the project can't be saved unless I remove them.
I have saved numerous projects before without any issues. Could it be an update to Windows 10 that is causing the problem? Is Windows 10 not compatible?
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing Windows Essential to saving to different formats, saving with different bit rate, redoing the whole project! and nothing is working.
Any suggestions please. Anyone else experiencing problems with saving or light flickering once the project does save?
Deleted some unwanted emails from Inbox, some read some not, but they did not go to the Trash Folder. When I click Accounts > Show Deleted Messages, they are visible, with a red x in the lower corner. I had been trying to change something else in WLM
- could I have accidentally changed the automatic move of Deleted Items to Trash? If yes, how can I fix this? Thanks! Also - I would love to increase the automatic delete settings so emails could stay in my Inbox, OR the Trash folder, for a little longer
- say 60 days. IS there any way to do that?? Thank you again!

I am getting really frustrated with wlmp. This is the first time that I have used wlmp. All my other projects were on wmm. I like wlmp a lot. but..... I notice a difference between the preview window timing and the full screen preview. It's minuscule. But its enough to throw off what I am striving for in timing. Any ideas on what I can do?
I have edited and re-edited the timing of the frames to no avail. What works on the big preview does not work in th small oreview. And vice versa
