Question about Outlook Express

I have Windows 10 and Live Mail but I am finding that some messages with an address btinternet.com or ntl or blueyonder are often returned showing 'transient delivery errors'. I also suspect that some messages do not arrive and no advice is fed back. Should I change to Outlook?

I have just bought a new laptop with Windows 10.  The mail headers on Windows Live Mail appear cut in half and are hard to read.  The  laptop has been reseted twice and the problem still exists.

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I cannot open Windows Live Mail.  The error message is 0x8E5E0152 and says that I have corrupt calendar data.  

How can I resolve this?  Can I just delete the calendar somehow?  I do not use it.
