Question about Outlook Express

Using Windows Live Mail 2012 and Windows 10 on a PC

After successfully using Categories (groups) to send emails to a list of folks, suddenly the several Categories have disappeared. I think some of the email addresses in those Categories have also disappeared. Some of the Contacts are still there, some are not. So now I have to not only create new Categories but also figure out which addresses have disappeared from my Contacts list so I can re-enter them. I suspect the missing Contacts are those that I created as I created the Category. It's been a number of months since I installed Windows 10, and the Categories have been there until a couple of weeks ago.

Is there any way to retrieve the Categories that are gone? If I go through the trouble of re-creating the Categories and re-entering the Contacts, will they still be there in a few days or weeks?

Hi everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. Tried looking it up online but all the search results didn't seem to fit the description

So I made a video using windows movie maker. I saved it as a movie file so others can view it on via facebook and youtube. Ok no problem. Now I am trying to send the project file - with all the clips and audio to someone so that they can edit it too. I saved a couple of copies just in case, in both project (wlmp) and movie file. I tried sending the project file (but later found out this couldn't work, well because it was a project file) and they couldn't open it. If I were to send the movie file they would get the full clip/video with none of the split clips & audio that were used in the project file making.

So basically I need to send the project file with every single split/divided clip so that when I send it , they will see the same thing so that they can edit as well.
