I would like an image to a video recording I have made but still
hear the audio of my voice.

Since recent updates, clicking on new message makes the program freeze. Any ideas?

The Mail app crashes, when asked to send. Probably due to new update today, please fix it, as it's quite anoying.

When I delete a message from my inbox or junk mail it DOES NOT go to my deleted items folder ?! it's just GONE !!! on occasion I have mistakenly deleted a message that I did not want to delete and I have NO WAY to get it back because it permanetlly deletes the message !! I'm pretty sure it's a setting BUT I cannot find it ! any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Most all incoming or outgoing email shows the "Internet Explorer" Icon at the top of the text area of the message.
and when you click on it, it shows about the same thing as the message. This just started a month or so ago. How
do I get rid of it. Seems when ever they change something with windows programs, it messes up other things. some
of the so called upgrades I consider downgrades, it causes problems that didn't exist prior to the change. I do not go
thru IE to get my mail. So I don't understand how the ICON appears.
