I suddenly cannot send or receive emails on my laptop (still works on my phone & ipad) - can anyone help - I get the following error message -

I lost access to two emails *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
both of them are on Microsoft servers
i got errors #3219 on both emails
i found out that pop3 access is disabled from settings (I don't know why) and it is forcing me to use only IMAP
i dont like using IMAP because it will remove email from the server

When I try to attach a single photo to an e-mail, in the upper left corner of the attachment is an icon that says "view all photos." This gives the recipient access to ALL my photos. I can get around this by inserting photos in the body of the message,
but how can I change it so that I can attach photos.
Why is there no windows movie maker with windows 10
Until yesterday, I could create a new email with a mailto: hyperlink by selecting some text, going to the hyperlink dialogue box, entering 'mailto:' plus an email address in the Web address box and clicking Insert. The selected text was then underlined,
coloured as a hyperlink, and when the cursor was hovered over the text, the mailto: plus address could be seen. Since yesterday morning I have not been able to do this. There is no error message, but the text is not underlined, coloured or clickable. I can
create hyperlinks to web addresses OK, just not mailto: hyperlinks. I have not changed any settings on my pc, but there was a big update from Microsoft yesterday morning and I think this has caused the problem. I rely on being able to create mailto: hyperlinks
in my emails. Please advise. I am running Windows 10 and using Windows Live Mail 2012 as my mail handler. Thank you,

When WL mail began to load messages with the wrong header or missing message even in my storage folders I followed the advice of a Microsoft tech, tried to repair installation and after that didn't work uninstalled it completely after exporting all messages
to a new folder. When I reinstalled it the dll files were missing and suggestions were they were in shared folder. Mine were not nor anywhere on pc. Tried to do deep uninstall and cleaned up remaining files in registry and in appdata/local/microsoft/windows/windows
live. Now when I try to install, installer says all programs are installed but they are simply not there. Any advice? Not an idiot but this has me baffled. Have rebooted after every operation. Thanks.
