Question about Outlook Express

I can't send emails in Windows Live Mail.  Here is the error message I get:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

What is a STARTTLS command?

Hi All,

When I try to bcc an email to a group off people it is returned undelivered.

The error code appears to be complaining about the "To" field being empty.

I attempt the same job through webmail at it appears to work however nobody receives the mail.

Is it possible to BCC mail while leaving the TO field empty?

For several of the captions I inserted into my video on movie maker, the tops of the text get cut off. I use the same font, same font size, and same placement for each of my captions, yet only a portion are getting cut off when I export the file. They all look fine when I preview them in the application. The problem only appears when I try to save the movie as an mp4 file. I have already updated Movie Maker and restarted my computer, but the problem still persists. Is there a fix I can try?

Below, the caption "Paris, France" is visibly cut off at the top.
