Question about Outlook Express

I am the person for several groups that forwards information.  Since I have updated to Windows 10 I have encountered several problems.  The first was attaching pictures.  The problem was finally diagnosed that I am no longer able to attach more than 5 at a time because of size.  A bit of an inconvenience.

The one I am currently totally frustrated with is when I try to send out messages to my groups by bcc'ing them.  Some members don't want their e-mail displayed.  This no longer works so I have had to send e-mails to myself listed first and then carbon copying to the group.  Sometimes this doesn't work either as it sends me back mine but not to the group.  I have tried sending the group message under the To: , but it won't allow me to do that either.  What the heck??   How is a person supposed to send out group e-mails without it being considered spam?  There must be a way to recognize legitimate e-mail messages.  HELP!

Receiving Notification: Code: 800ccc0e

Emails go out, and are received, but when I enter my own or others addresses into the Bcc, it will not send. Sent email will show a proper delivery, but never arrives. 

How would I correct this issue?

Window Movie Maker will not load my video files into the editing program, only sound. Now that Windows 10 Anniversary has updated. What do I need to do?

I keep getting this error code when trying to send emails from both mine andmy husbands ntlworld account in windows live mail.

These are email addresses that we have sent emails to over the last 5 years (one of them is my ntlworld address) and funnily enough the other 2 are also ntlworld email address.

PLease can someone help, i've been on the phone to VM for nearly 2 hours this evening and still unresolved.

This is the 2nd time in a week I have had inability to send email from my Hotmail account via Windows Live Mail.
