Hi Leads,

Am facing an issue in the Skype since my clients are abroad only medium for the communication is Skype, the actual issue is when group call is initiated from various participants from various region it getting failed for me since am in a corporate environment using Skype is restricted any way privileged access to it can be gained so i got the access now after a long R&D we came to find the firewall is blocking the connection of incoming group chats so if we need to allow the access in firewall what IP should be enabled since Skype has multiple number of inbound and outbound IP addresses it is hard to track so is there an common or default IP address or port which can be allowed to avoid all this consequences hoping for the early response

thanks

I am trying to add a small logo image on top of a video i have created in movie maker, but do not seem to be able to do this. Don't just want to add images within the movie, but literally add small image in a corner or at the bottom. can anyone help with this or suggest any other software application to do this? Thanks

I have Windows Live mail and have used it for some years now.

Up till a few weeks ago I *always* received an e-mail reminder at the beginning of the day for each of that day's events listed on my calendar. These emails have stopped as of 3/10/16 - my events are visible on the calendar but I don't get emails, and the calendar is not syncing consistently between my laptop and my phone or the calendar online at https://calendar.live.com - regular events show on all 3 calendars but the new ones I add only show where I add them (regardless of where I add them still get no reminders!). I do get transient pop up reminders in the phone and laptop but not emails.

I am signed in, under the correct account and email (only have one), under options I have ticked email notifications "Get reminders for events and tasks".

I don't get emails for my reoccurring events nor for any new events I add whether I add them via live mail, phone or online at https://calendar.live.com

I have been using Windows 10 since last year - had no problems with windows live mail until recently though I did notice that about a month before it stopped sending me email reminders, it would send them a day earlier which was annoying but better than nothing (I hadn't changed any settings - then or before they stopped altogether.)

I have tried the mail app in windows 10 but don't like it at all.  I have tried to repair it via Wlarp, no change. I can right click on my calendar and forward as email but that isn't what I am after.

Windows live mail is working fine with normal emails, it just seems to have problems talking to my calendar!

I suspect it is due to one of those compulsory updates Windows 10 forces on you since I haven't done anything...

What can I do to get my email reminders working again?? This is driving me crazy!!!

Is there a separate app I can install that WILL send me reminders as I NEED a RELIABLE calendar that will send me ALL my calendar reminders on the day I NEED them!

I have been using OneNote and love it.  I just found out there is a OneNote 2016 version that looks good but only available with Office.  I'm retired and don't need my computer for business. Will Microsoft be offering OneNote 2016 as a stand alone app in the future?  I'm sure there are many like myself who would get it.  Thank you,  Dolores Desroche

For years I have used Outlook.com to sync my calendar with Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 on my PCs and laptops. Recently, however, Outlook.com went through a migration/upgrade (without letting me know this) and the new Outlook.com is no longer receiving e-mails (I had set up three accounts) neither is it syncing with my Outlook 2010/2007 calendars.

After much searching for what was going on, I ended up in Outlook.com settings and corrected the settings for each of my three e-mail accounts. Everything seemed to go well . . . except that, 10 hours later, all three email accounts are still stuck in "updating in progress." So we are at a stalemate: no new e-mails received, no calendar syncing. The accounts all remain frozen in an updating mode.

Any thoughts about what is going wrong? I double-checked all of my settings and they are correct (POP, incoming and outgoing servers, etc.). I turned on POP options.

Please help!

Jeff

I am the person for several groups that forwards information.  Since I have updated to Windows 10 I have encountered several problems.  The first was attaching pictures.  The problem was finally diagnosed that I am no longer able to attach more than 5 at a time because of size.  A bit of an inconvenience.

The one I am currently totally frustrated with is when I try to send out messages to my groups by bcc'ing them.  Some members don't want their e-mail displayed.  This no longer works so I have had to send e-mails to myself listed first and then carbon copying to the group.  Sometimes this doesn't work either as it sends me back mine but not to the group.  I have tried sending the group message under the To: , but it won't allow me to do that either.  What the heck??   How is a person supposed to send out group e-mails without it being considered spam?  There must be a way to recognize legitimate e-mail messages.  HELP!
