Original Title: live mail
my windows live mail no longer gives me an option of highlighting all email at once if I choose to delete several emails at once. I used to have a little optional box I could check to highlight everything, but now it displays an email envelope but no box to check multiple emails. How do I get the box back again. I am having to delete everything one email at a time. Thanks

One or more folders in your mailbox have name conflicts with others or system reserved names.
Folders with these names can't be downloaded by your IMAP e-mail program.
- Junk
Please connect to your mailbox using your Web browser and rename those folders. Once renamed, those folders will be displayed in your IMAP e-mail application correctly.
So, this is the email I keep getting. I have tried to fix it without success. Also something wrong with the calendar ???

Hi ALL
Can anyone tell me how to find a reliable optimization cleanup tool as i have junk that seem to be wasting space on my harddrive and want to delete............................anyone out there??
After Microsoft kindly? updated my desk top computer with Microsoft 10 I am unable to SEND emails via my Windows Live Mail. After searching on line, I now understand that this email programe is no longer supported. (I still get emails in, but cannot send. ) I have Outlook with my Microsoft Office Home and Business, so I can download that. However, my question is, if I follow the prompts through, will I loose my Windows Live email programe completely and loose all my saved emails, contacts etc on there. I just want to be reassured that I can still go into windows live and have access to saved emails on there after I download Outlook?? Can anyone reassure me.. Many thanks
