Question about Outlook Express

When I try to upload a photo to facebook from the photo gallery it gives me the error code 145.

How do I resolve this.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to import contacts(people), to mail, or live mail. Folders I had on yahoo (sky) transferred automatically,

I am having trouble with windows live mail. I found I was not receiving a lot of emails sent to me.  I did some test emails and they are not coming in either. I am still receiving some emails 

Then when I checked the outbox 4 of them were sitting there.  So they did not send.

I contacted my email provider and after many attempts to fix the problem were not able to. They even came into my computer remotely.

Would it be wise to uninstall and reinstall? Thank you

I  also lost all my     emailsandfeeldevastated. Asyou can   see, nothing is working right.   I did several things that were suggested but did not work. I plan to take it to best buy to see if they can recover anything

Using Windows 10 with Windows Live mail 2012  I have tried pop, imap, and letting it find the settings and still I get this.  Please help

Email has worked perfectly fine until today.  Suddenly, I cannot send emails; however, I am able to receive emails.  I ran wlarp, but that did not fix the question.  Any other ideas?

Is it possible to rearrange the list of folders in Windows Live Mail. 

Currently I have 

Inbox

Drafts

Sent

Junk

Deleted

I would like to move the Sent and Deleted to before Drafts.
