Windows Live Mail FAQ
Hello everyone!
I have a laptop with windows 10. Earlier it was working fine but I had to reset my pc because it was infected by virus. since the reset, file explorer(this pc), control panel are taking too much time to open.
How can I resolve this issue?

I have two accounts logged in to WLM, but one of them can't get new mails: WLM asks me for Username and Password autentication, I type them, and then it asks for them again. What can I do?
This problem is in only one of those two accounts. Thank you
The last two times I have upgraded Windows 10 -- most recently to version 14971 on 11/17/2016 -- my Windows Live Mail became corrupted and inoperative. After trying several unsuccessful attempts to fix it, I decided to uninstall the complete Windows Live Essentials group. When I started the uninstall process, I was offered an option to "Fix Windows Live Essentials". I thought it was worth a try and "voila", it fixed the problem.
While I like, and use Microsoft Outlook and Windows 10 Mail, I still like many of the Outlook Express holdover features of WLM so having it available is a plus for me. Yes, I realize WLM is not as secure as the newer MS email clients but I have never had any safety problems with it.
Hope this may be helpful for the few of you out there who still use WLM.
I have made a copy of a movie on windows movie maker and loaded it up on a different computer. I am unable to add new photos to the existing copy in selected spots. The photo only appears at the beginning or end. I can not insert it anywhere else. Also the existing sound will not work on the new photos. Does anyone have any Ideas on how to fix this.
I have Windows 10 and am using Live Mail. Links in my emails are yellow and can't be read. How can I change them? Thanks, RB
