I made a project for my brother but the movie maker crashed and a message displayed saying Sorry, Movie Maker can't open this project file. The file might not be compatible with Windows Live Movie Maker or be corrupted.

Well I had an intro that has some music in it but wen I played it in Movie Maker there was no audio but the video still played.It used to used to have audio too now it doesent please help.
Up to now I was using Office 2007, for Word, Excel, etc. and Windows Live Mail 2011 for mail Accounts, Contacts, E-mail and E-mail Folders with dozens Contacts, many Folders and Subfolders and hundreds if not thousands of stored E-mails.
Just bought Office 365 to replace Office 2007, including Outlook 2016 to replace Windows Live Mail 2011. This will be installed in 2 of my Computers and 1 of my wife.
In my main computer, where I had the most of my Mail, I decided to uninstall old products (Office 2007, WLM 2011 and many others that either I was not using or were unnecessary). Big mistake from my part!
When I uninstalled WLM 2011 not only the app was deleted but also all the DATA associated with it. Big mistake and extremely severe consequences as I wanted to migrate ALL of that to Outlook 2016. When after the deletion I looked for data I only found in the Recycle Bin a FLR WLM** but empty and nothing else. I was devastated and I have been keeping that computer powered down not to make the situation any worse.
My question now is: Can someone from Microsoft using Remote Assistance Undelete my WLM 2011 data in that computer? This is so important I would consider paying some money for it...
If this is not at all possible, I will regret my error and live with the results. I can little by little recuperate the e-mails of my contacts, but I will loose for good many important information about my prior activities for many years via e-mail.
I have a suggestion for Microsoft Developers. When the uninstall of any App deletes the related Data a question could be asked to the user if he wants to ALSO delete the Application data too. This question would had stopped me and potentially others before doing damages! For WLM 2011 is to late but may be useful for other current applications. Thanks for your comments and possible solutions, if there are any. I will look for your comments and until the situation is settled I will keep that computer turned OFF.

I have similar issues using WLM on W7. I have two hotmail.com accounts - one works fine, the other has suddenly stopped.
This is the error:
Unable to send or receive messages for the ****** account. Header download for the '*****' folder did not complete. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period
of inactivity.
Server Response: AUTHENTICATE failed.

Obviously I have checked password is correct, and turned AVG off and on again...

I've asked this question before but not had an answer - I've used the same server/same details for several years on Windows Vista, 7 and XP - and still use same server on an old desktop computer. Now have a new (January 2016) laptop pre-installed with Windows 10 and the Deleted Mail folder just says Not Synced Yet and there is no sign of a Junk Mail folder. It is sometimes useful to go back to Deleted Mail to double-check data; and previously, dodgy emails were sent to Junk with a note that I could look at them there if I wanted to, quite often they were perfectly OK. We also have a gmail account which has none of these problems. I've looked at Mail in Settings but there seems no way of altering settings
