Question about Outlook Express

Is there a directory of people with outlook accts if we want to look up a friend's email address?

my outlook.com email dosent work when i click to the email it dosent respond at all please change to the latest out look .com

Received an email from this guy the first time, talking something I don't understand. I don't know if I have any Microsoft account, not to mention it has been hacked by third party. Why Microsoft Account Team using an email address with the domain of Outlook.com instead of Microsoft.com?

 Hi,
 I put my portrait in outlook and saved it. It shows but not when I send to a friend . I sent to myself and it is still the grey image. Isn't that special? It's only 30 Kb. It was taken from picasa and saved in Pictures.

I recorded video on my Windows phone and uploaded it to SkyDrive. I then deleted the original videos to make more room on my phone. When I went to view the videos in SkyDrive they were green. The screen is green and the audio is playing. I don't know if it doesn't support the file or something but I need those videos. I have tried playing them on other players and they were still green. I ONCE, just once got 1 of the files to play on my Skydrive folder on my phone but now even that is green.  Also some other videos played just fine for weeks and now also are green. What is going on and how do I fix it. It is an MP4 file. I don't know If that matters. The phone is windows and the app is SkyDrive so any video I shot I thought would be compatible.
