was working ok but now I cannot receive mail but can send using outlook
I have emails in folders stored by group. When I open the folders the emails are there but they won't open when I click on them. Please advise.

My account was deleted and I need to recover it!! I have tried just logging in with username and password but it says that account does not exist. Please help!!
When looking in settings, my Microsoft account states, "Not up-to-date" which clearly means I don't get my e-mails. I have troubleshot a variety of ways: double-checked my password, created an outlook account (which connected properly), tested it
on a different lumia 920 (which connects properly), manually retyped the correct server name into that field (based on the working device's server name). I've looked through everything I can think of and done everything I can think except wipe/rebuild...which
I clearly don't want to do.

My laptop updated automatically the other night and since then my Live Mail hotmail email is offline and then asks if I would like to work online... twice, and then nothing except a big red cross next to the 'check for new messages on Hotmail' task. It
also kicks up this:

Have no idea why, never done it before, can't speak to anyone at Microsoft and logging in to the hotmail website to check mails shows everything is sending & receiving fine, just the Live Mail program not doing what it always did before and... well, work!
How do I get someone to talk to me about this as it's one of the most important programs on my laptop and about the only thing I have running constantly to keep me updated immediately. At the moment, I don't have that facility to be alerted?!

My Hotmail/Outlook accounts keep telling me that my passwords are incorrect,
they work perfectly well on any other PC but not on my GOOGLE NEXUS (android).
