For 24 hrs now and I have tried everything buy all my contact list has been wiped/gone/vanished?
I have been trying to get help but to no avail - I posted on your FB page and tried to post in this community but for some reason (till now) hitting submit did nothing. I never realised how much I rely on this information and no idea how to contact most people
without it so can't replace most people as don't have a way to contact them now. I am so scared and feel so lost as I cant do anything - please restore my contact list. If you cant I am **** - yes so I swore but I am exasperated... if you truly have lost all
my contacts then there truly is nothing I can do but it leaves me with so little confidence in Outlook - I was with hotmail since I joined the internet over a decade or 2 ago - I might as well migrate to Yahoo and start again from scratch as I have already
lost everything! HELP!!!!

Further to the above I have tried the 'restoring deleted contacts' option someone suggested but that does not work as I get this message: "You have 0 deleted contacts that you can restore. Contacts deleted more than 30 days ago cannot be restored." Well that does not make sense as I did delete some contacts I no longer wanted within the last 30 days - so they should be showing still and where did all my contacts go in the last 48hrs if someone didn't delete them?

I noticed yesterday that ALL my contacts disappeared in outlook, given that Im integrated with phone, pc and tablet this has affected all my devices meaning I can not/dont know numbers to call, emails addresses to send and address of locations. I have
implemented the recommendations on the forms to:
1. Use the People-Manage - Restore Contacts, but it says that there are no contacts to restore, which is rightfully so as I did not delete.
2. Multiple Browsers - I've used IE10, Chrome, Mobile version of people and my windows phone without success, they are gone.
3. Optimizing Browsers - Removed cache and cookies
4. Disable Plugin's/ Java - No affect
I feel there is some kind of server side issue which has deleted all my contacts and would like some assistance getting this resolved.

Although not having used MobileMe in some time, we haven't been able to take advantage of SkyDrive's current promotion due to auto-deletion of the email everyone keeps referring to.
Is there anything that could be done to accommodate us in switching to SkyDrive? It would be much easier running Windows8, however if the free space is available we really don't want to pass it up.

I couldn't sign in to my Hotmail account since yesterday and it keeps giving me the message “It looks like someone else might be using your account…” I tried to reset my password but I am getting the same message. I also did my best to follow the instructions to send as much information as possible by submitting an Account Recovery questionnaire online. Since my Hotmail account was created long time ago, I could not remember the security answer, I didn't have a credit card Xbox billing information associated with this account either. But I did try to ask my friends to give me the email information (subjects) I sent to them to fill in the form. I have tried three times and I am still getting the email saying that the information I provide is not enough to verify my ownership of this account.
I really need to access my Hotmail account. Please help me!!! Thank you!

I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 on a Windows 8 system. When I email photos to a recipient, WLM creates a SkyDrive album (i.e., a SkyDrive folder) which contains the photos being sent, as well as an email message with a link to that SkyDrive folder. As part of the link in the email, WLM includes a statement that reads similar to the following example:

SkyDrive until 12/13/2013."

I noticed another user on this forum ("boatcristan2") posting a question similar to mine. He received a reply from Moderator "Levi_I." which read, in part, as follows:

"There is no longer an expiration period for uploaded files via the web SkyDrive, the SkyDrive desktop app or from your moble device will never be deleted. There are only two cases where a file will expire or be available in a limited fashion:
A. If you're using Live Mail client, photo mail feature files transferred here will expire in 90 days unless the owner of the pictures goes to the web SkyDrive and extends the expiration. Here are the steps to do this:
1. Login in to your web SkyDrive then open the uploaded folder.
2. You will notice the yellow banner found on top showing the expiration date.
3. Click Change clean up settings.
4. Choose you preferred expiration settings then click Save."

I tried to follow these instructions; but, unfortunately, when I login to SkyDrive and open the uploaded folder, there is no yellow banner showing at the top of the folder, and there is no indication of any expiration date. There is also no button or option available to "Change clean up settings".
So, I have two questions:
1. If there's no yellow banner, does that mean that the SkyDrive folder has no expiration date (despite what WLM says)?
2. If there really is an expiration date, then how do I change it (since there's no button labeled "Change clean up settings"?
I was asked to sign in to outlook even tho the box was checked to keep me signed in, also each time I had to reset my password as the one 2 hours before no longer worked, this is a pain in the butt, can you advise me on the problem please, thank you
My computer has been on all day as it is most days. All of my Outlook 2010 emails were there earlier today. After lunch I went back to my computer and now most of my emails that were in the Inbox from the past 10 months are gone. The electricity has
not gone off. This is my home computer. Right now I have 2 emails from today, 1 from 2 days ago, 2 from 4 days ago and so on. I probably have 20-50 emails that I keep each day for the job I do. Anyone know what's going on?
