outlook redirecting to wrong site

Hi there,

At the university I have just graduated from, we used Outlook to access the university email system (through outlook web app). I have now joined a new university who also do this, but whenever i try to log in to the new university email account, I automatically get directed to the login page for the old university account. I have tried the basics- restarting the browser, deleting all cookies etc. but I still cannot access the new email system. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but the URL address for the old uni email has CookieAuth.dll in it, I can access other email systems through outlook just fine that do not have the CookieAuth.dll part.

I can send but not receive from one of my email addresses. How do I resolve this? The other address on the account works fine.

Hi my email has been blocked i have been on to suport via live chat and they cant help me i am fed up the account is very old i no used it for almost a year and it is linked with my xbox i am signed in to my exbox all the times even now but in order to change any payment details i need my acount what can i do about this no one has given me any helpfull infor at all i have tried to verify my account but i cant remember folders i created and recent emails i have sent s not used it for almost a year. i pay with pypal for my xbox live so cant give details of credit card please help i need this account back

I have had the same Name.MaidennameAtHotmail.co.uk email address for years. I'm getting married next month.

 

A few months ago I opened an email account in my soon to be married name with a Name.MarriednameAtHotmail.co.uk email address.

 

How can I see messages to both addresses in one inbox?

 

I have looked into the aliases idea but I think it requires me to pick a new email address, but I have already chosen the one I want.

Not receiving all emails

I am not receiving certain emails, specifically from companies I have an account with. I have changed my password, viewed in several browswers and checked that the emails were definitely sent. However as others are coming through, sending myself test emails isn't helping. Please help!
Example: I did my online shopping yesterday, have received no confirmation emails (I normally would) and on checking my account with the supermarket online, everything is fine. This has happened noticably several times over the last couple of weeks. I've accused a company of not delivering a product when actually they emailed me 4 times to try and contact me.

locked out of my account

I'm locked out of my account. The message displayed says someone may be trying to access my account. I've filled in the security form numerous times but i'm not getting anywhere with it. I made the account years ago and therefore can't remember any security questions etc. I don't use the account regularly but it's linked to lots of other accounts. Help me Microsoft support, you're my only hope

People cant email me

People are unable to reach me over my *.hotmail account. They receive postmaster delivery notification failure whenever they try to email me. My account was alright 2 days back. What can be the problem here?

Hello humans, i have a question about  outlook.com usage.


What is the Inbox limit because i hear people saying unlimited but to be realistic nothing is unlimited :s

Secondly , outlook.com if you have an email that is read but not deleted how long before it gets auto deleted?
