Family Security doesn't work.  I've set up monitoring and curfews but all my children have to do is allow the PCs to go into sleep mode and the security is bypassed.  So then they can use their PCs 24/7 and visit any websites they like.

While opening or creating any Excel file on our Skydrive with Excel Web App the following web page appears: Server Error in '/x/16.0.1727.1029' Application

•Can you edit the affected Excel file on your computer? I can open edit the excel files on my PC fine
•Have you tried another browser?  Yes, Chrome and IE10 & IE11 Do you experience this issue when using another browser? Yes
•Have you tried another computer? Yes, 4 different PC's Does the issue persist when using another computer? Yes
•How do you edit the affected file on the web page? Please provide the steps you are doing. All excel files are affected. Even if we create a new Excel file or survey as soon as you try to open it with the Excel web app it fails with the error in the title. All of the other web apps work fine (OneNote, PowerPoint and word).

This seems to be isolated to this skydrive account. I tested the same excel files with my personal skydrive account and the excel web app works fine.

I have recently had problems with my email being hacked. This has been cleared now but checking on 'password and security info' under 'settings it list two alternative email addresses - the btinternet.com is fine but I do not recognise te*****@live.com or where it came from - how can Idelete this? how can I i
I'm having a problem accessing Outlook.com from a browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox) on multiple computers. EAS is still working fine (My Windows Phone and Outlook 2013 are working as expected). However, every time I try to access Outlook.com from a browser, I get the error: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now".

I started getting the error last night, after I was in my inbox and it said something about being unable to connect and to refresh the page and check server status. When I refreshed, the error started.

I was trying out Unroll.me and OtherInbox this past week, so I disabled those, thinking it would help. I removed all accounts linked to my Microsoft account as well as 2-step verification. I don't know what else to do.

Thanks for your help.
I am running windows 7 on a Dell xps l511Z and I have my live.com.au and virginbroadband.com.au email accounts on this platform, when I try and open windows live essentials on my computer it just comes up as a small box with the small spinning circle and it wont load and open, how do I fix this please?
Hello
I've noticed that email notifications on changes in calendar do not contain email address of a user who added a new event in calendar.
The previous layout of email notification (the one before a switch to Outlook.com) contained this information, which was very helpful for us.

Is it possible to show user name/his email address?

I'm attaching two screens. First is the old layout, with a user email address and second is a new one, without information about user.

I will be very glad for help.

Do @hotmail.com addresses, ugraded to outlook.com view support IMAP.

This question is following your last weeks anouncement that

IMAP is now supported in @outlook.com addresses plus I believe in @live.com addresses.

With @hotmail.com addresses here I am not talking about Active Sync and

Exchange etc.

Thanks.

Hi

I would like to get a 3 month statement of the login report IP address.
It is a matter of urgency.
Hello,

My main email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was hacked and then deleted a few hours after getting hacked. I really need to get the account restored as it has many things linked to that email.

I believe the account was hacked 2 hours ago.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
