Windows Live Mail FAQ
I have tried to do the age verification for my childs account 5 times and it continues to say there is a problem with the website, but it charged by credit card $.50 5 times.
Just yesterday, I thought I need new hotmail address for social network. I did. A new account @hotmail.com. After that, I found aliases which is nice feature for muti-email address. HOWEVER, the nice "feature" leads to my old hotmail being totally WIPE OUT.
Steps:
1. Get new hotmail - it's great, but found aliases might works better.
2. Close/Deactive new hotmail - I want that specific name for the aliases
3. After "Deactivate", I got instant log out from outlook.com - so far so good.
3. Log in my old hotmail account - boom, "Deactivate" page show up. I click cancel, it back to login page.
4. Log in my old account, I saw my email. It seems fine. But when I click account setting, It pop up my new created outlook accout. - So some how, the new created account is "linked" and mess up with my old hotmail accout.
5. After a few log in/out with my old hotmail account, I finally get to the right account setting page.
6. And the last log out and then log in, I got error with my hotmail account. I feel something went wrong. When I finally got in to my old hotmail account, the inbox...everything is gone.
Ok, my question is how can I RECOVER my email back?
Hello, hopefully someone can help me. I keep receiving emails from one address which is in my contact list, however, both the senders address and my address show in Chinese writing with the correct email in brackets afterwards.
It only happens on this email address, no others. Also, emails from this address show on my computer but do not show on my smart phone, all others do. is this to do with the format of the address? how can I mend this???

Hello, this is approximately my 12th attempt at trying to resolve this so here goes: I was unable to access my hotmail account while out of the country in August. As a result, I forgot my passwoprd and essentially locked myself out of my hotmail account. I tried to reset on line but forgot the answer to my secret question.
I called Microsoft USA and Canada and was essentially sent the same link to reset. I've tried numerous times to express the fact that I cannot reset as I forgot my answer to the secret question and am told that they cannot pass me on to a live agent and that I have to email my concern. I do this and get the same link. WHO DO I HAVE TO TALK TO AT MICROSOFT, BILL GATES?
I have ample proof that I am the account holder and I need to access the account as I have legal documents I need. I have already set up an alternate email account to try to resolve the matter but with each attempt, I am locked in this infinite loop.
Can I please speak to a LIVE PERSON in REAL TIME to try and help me? I have been a loyal user for over 11 years. This issue should not be this difficult to resolve. I have done what MS wanted me to do and IT DOES NOT WORK.
Please can I get a live person to help me? I am willing to provide whatever proof necessary.
