I went to my account on Xbox live to turn off the automatic renewal but it told me I had made recent changes to my account and that a code was sent to a completely bonkers Email address tg*****@hgjhgjhgh.ggg. This Email
address is not even close to any Email address I know of. How come my account has been bound to this "troll" Email and why am I because of it locked to having to send my verification codes for changes to my account to this address.
I am running Windows 7 and this is my first encounter with Outlook.com and I am frustrated. Every e-mail I compose is affected. As I type, the font size changes randomly and so far I can't even format it back to the default.
I would like to delete and rebuild this account.. just wanted to see if it is possible? How long would it take.. having weird issues using my ipad but all other accounts I have work on it. Please let me know if it is possible, if it is i would like to
schedule it so I can clean up and save all my email..

When I sign in it tells me, Outlook cannot be accessed at this time, try later. This has been going on for days
When trying to access the Instructional Tech group in my Skydrive account, my co-workers and I started getting this error message last week.
I've looked through several similar posts in this forum about the same issue. This is a group that we used regularly, so I do not understand why it would have been inactivity that caused the group to be deleted. All of my other groups are still working,
although many of them have probably not been accessed for months.
There are 6 of us with access to this group. All of us are getting the same message - we have tried from home and office, with Macs and PCs (Windows 7 and XP)
Please let me know what we can do to recover this data.

I am currently using my daughter's hotmail account to post in this forum as I have been blocked out of my own hotmail account and any help to retrieve it would be much appreciated.
Hotmail gives me the option of sending a new access code/password to a different email address but I am not even aware of this different email account so I cannot use this option to receive the access code.
The second option is to answer the security question and again I have been told that I keep providing the wrong answer even though I believe it to be correct.
I have tried the third and final option of filling in the questionnaire - I have tried to fill in the questionnaire several times with all the information I can remember to verify my account, but each time it says I have not provided enough information.
Please can you let me know what I should do now to recover my account. It has a lot of extremely important information stored on it.

i got a new email address a couple of months ago, but when i go to use it on popular sites like paypal and gumtree i find it is already being used.
I went to log in to my account, and my password didn't work. I used my security question and got in. My entire account was emptied. No folders, no emails, nothing except email I'd received in the last 12 hours. I changed my password, and went to my alternate email address to enter the code they sent. I noticed the alt email address on file was not mine. I changed the alt email again, I go to the alternate email account (which I never use) and I have two emails from the previous night requesting password changes and including the security code, so someone obviously went in and changed everything last night. I changed the password for this second email account.
I have a few questions: First, the alt email on file is not mine - it's obviously the hacker's email. Can I trace this since it won't show me all of the characters? Also, is there any way to retrieve all of the deleted content. I'm very upset as I had a ton of emails I needed to keep. Could they have forwarded my entire inbox and do they now have all of my personal information???? I'm very worried. I used this same password for lots of sites (stupid, I know) and they will find them all since I keep track of my purchases in this account. Please tell me what I need to do. I also need this other email to be removed from my account since Hotmail says it will keep it for 30 days.
Hi, I can't access my other e-mail address and it keeps saying my security question's answer is wrong. it's a question I'm pretty sure I'd know but obviously something has happened to where it's not what the answer is, or I forgot whatever I put and can
no longer access that e-mail address. I have a lot tied to that e-mail address that I need to get to. It's been a while since I logged on it, and can't remember the password to save my life. I filled out that form/application for account recovery, but for
some reason regardless of what account I put in, it put's in some random e-mail address which is not mine, or the one I'm trying to access. I've tried several times and it still says i'm trying to access that random one which isn't mine making this entire
recovery process a gigantic nightmare.
Items I scan to my hotmail acct. are getting returned, as are emails sent to me by my contacts and others. I have added several to my safe senders list to no avail. Does anyone know the answer to this problem
